So far so good. Started with 15,000 need to hit 80,000 for a main event seat. I’m currently at 26,000

Busted in 6th place for shit…… I did get 2 players their 80k stacks but never hit mine. 75,100 was as close as I got sorry…..

I am going to just play the Main event on Friday as a direct buy in......still kicking myself for not hitting the 80k yesterday.... I should have made a few larger bets that would have pushed me over... but it was my first Milestone type event, good to at least see how they work.

By the way, if anyone is interested in more mixed games in a casino, Bally’s has started hosting a HORSE tournament every Sunday at noon. $200 buy-in. I want to check it out one of these weeks.

I admire players who play HORSE tourneys. In my opinion, those are the best poker players. One has to be super disciplined and sharp to change gears for every stage. I remember years ago, watching Chip Reese (RIP) win a HORSE tourney at the WSOP. Amazing to watch and I was just totally blown away by the skill he displayed.
