Good Morning to ALL!!
We had a Great 1st day. Some preliminary facts:
Our show was sold out with 79 dealers renting 138 tables.
The room is 11,500 sq. feet. Total Attendance was 974
I was a guest on Dani Masten's morning show on Channel 5 Fox, the MORE show. I brought along two dealers, Danny Madrigrano and Barry Scotton. We brought along samples of some of the items that are going to be in the show. We did two segments. I will post the entire interview when I receive the clip from Fox.
The radio Ads also helped the attendance. Subway sponsored 179 spots
Rene Contreras' Side Bet podcast also contributed to our success.
Chris Yandek from CY Interview will be visiting us on Sat for more coverage
Our celebrity guests were:
Jose Canseco /Signing autographs and selling Baseballs, Bats, Hats, Jerseys and more.
Mark Hall Patton / Spent practically the whole day browsing/buying and taking pictures with our attendees.
The Duke of Fremont St. was here signing his famous Comic Book adventures. He donated over 5,000 copies
Make a Wish Foundation accepted donations at their table. Vicki Gaudette volunteered to help man the table.
Barry Sherwood from the CCA had a table for the CCA. We traded tables for the June Show

Our Hourly giveaways was a big success. Photos will be posted with the winners receiving restaurant gift cards donated by Barry Berkowitz
The best part of the show was watching the interaction with the attendees and the dealers. Dealers from all the various hobbies were randomly placed to offer a very interesting mix of all the different hobbies.
Chuck Gajewsky helped with running the free giveaway drawings as well as taking lots of photographs.

Our first-day ticket sales for the Gift baskets was phenomenal thanks to the Many Donations from the members of both Clubs. Elaine Fazendin and her registration crew sold an amazing number of tickets on the first day.
All in All, this show was a great success so far, and we have high hopes for Saturday to be better than Friday.
