Is Unique Ent. / Hi-Tech Commercial still selling #4200 Racks & 2.5" Dealer Buttons?

I'm trying to add some more Unique Ent. #4200 racks (66.7mm) and 2.5" buttons to my stash. Best I can tell Unique Enterprises was renamed Hi Tech Commercial Services, and based on available info it seems Kathy was still responding to emails as of early 2023.

I tried Kathy's direct email, but going on 2 weeks I've received no response and it also did not bounce.

Does anyone know if they're still in the rack / button business?
