In an effort to provide a familiar ordering process this format was copied from Justincorothers @PCF

Cap-Dash with recess for YOUR label - Manufacturer- TINA

This is the first run for these and I have some rough printed samples I can give you as many pictures as you like. I will be ordering final print samples along with this order for future buys.
Specs are the same as the Cards mold chips in size. This first order will arrive faster than usual as I am covering the DHL air freight cost to expedite shipping. Price is slightly higher to cover the cost of the mold.

Please note that the inlay area of these chips is recessed for your custom inlay label, the artwork shows the casino inlay art but will come plain (White). I am currently getting pricing on label and install from Tina but will most likely not get that before this order. I am also not sure of the quality of her labels yet. That said this order is for the base chip design only and you would have to have your inlays made by @Gear or the vendor of your choice. She is making us an identical mold with no recess for fully printed chips.
Inlay area is 1" , same as the inlays on original TRK's.

If you have ready artwork for your set you can PM me to discuss adding that in addition to the sets below. Also let me know if you want to add your custom for others to order. Depending on the size of this buy orders may be limited to help organize organization and re-shipping (Lets see how it goes).

Target Close Date on this order is June 30th, 2023 (Due to convention) and a re-ship date of July 25th.

Price covers the chip, artwork, credit card fees, shipping supplies and shipping to the US. Local US reship is at your cost once they land in the USA. Limited to only US buyers unless you have a US shipping address.

    Cap-Dash Mold Cross Hatch Texture:

39 mm chips are $.39 each

    Dealer Buttons are $6
Size: 52 mm x 5 mm (Yes you can order only buttons) again Buttons are bring your own art

MUST ORDER IN MULTIPLES OF 25 per Denomination.
Chips sizes are 39mm unless specified.

Please edit your original post if you want to make changes. I will use the original post once I close this and send you an invoice.

Please place your order in the thread in the following format. I will follow up via PM.

Any questions just flip me a PM, This is the second GB I've run so bear with any questions I may have for you.

If you bring the AI Art any design you want!
    Question about the AI art.

So correct me if I’m wrong. It sounds like there’s a couple options with these.
    1. They can print right on the chip (which probably won’t transfer well because of the recess.
    2. They can print/install labels (we aren’t sure of quality?)
    3. They can just print the chip with color and edgespots. No inlay or label so we can have our own labels made separately.

Which brings me to my question of how do we need to give you the art in AI? Just the chip and edgespots? Full chip with inlay? Inlay separate from the chip and edgespots?

It doesn’t matter as long as you give cmyk AI Artwork. If you give the full chip they’ll print it including the inlay area but I don’t know how it will look, but if you’re covering it with an inlay from Chris or someone else that won’t matter. After I order mine I’ll know exactly how that are will print off. I will cover it with inlay anyway.

If the inlay sample they sent me is representative of their quality, I wouldn’t order them. I’m now told that the 40 cen number would include the inlay and installation. But the price doesn’t change if you don’t get them. (Yes. I know. I don’t get it either). I’ve been trying to get answered on art charges but believe there is no extra charges.

Yes you can leave the inlay are off or they may remove it and just have a white recessed inlay recess I would specify that when ordering.

The recess area will not affect the printing of face or edges in quality. Only thing , and I’m assuming this as I can’t get an answer is the quality of the printing in the recess area.

I’m real interested to see how these turn out. The recessed area is super nice so we can do our own labels. I’m just curious to see how it actually looks when finished. I like how it’s textured though, hopefully that will help to reduce the spinners and also how slippery they can be. Once you’ve got yours I may order a set. One day Tina’s gonna figure out the Paulson formula they used in leaded chips and start knocking those off. That’ll be the day the chipping world imploded lmao
