Eh…. Not sure that stuccoed monstrosity has any ties to the original save the gambling license.

You are correct. It Originally was at the old Pacheco Inn site which is the building that is one block down the street. The monstrosity is an addition they built around 2010. The license is the same so technically yes same cardroom. The owner was a friend and former employee of Diamond Syls which is also one more block down the street...previously The Outpost (Pacheco) which was owned by her ex husband and she received as a divorce settlement.
