Why would members want this feature?

I saw the big announcement at orange about a new feature to "sticky" PM's. Is that useful?? I wouldn't think so. When I asked my developers they all said "Why the hell would you want that"?

I personally wouldn't use it. I don't use PMs that often to talk to specific people.

If I do, I have their numbers so I can reach out to them that way.

I prefer one big complicated, cluttered and confusing folder so I know where to find everything…

I stopped sending emails for work years ago…I receive a huge volume of them.

If I ignore them, then people stop sending so many…this saves me an inordinate amount of time, so I can do things I actually enjoy.
