Whats Fiverr?? I guess Im old!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s not a simple answer, but I’ll give it a shot. You can use them to help you design things from business logos to tattoos, websites, name it. They use AI and they farm out to individual sub contractors/freelancers depending on the task. So, let’s say I have an idea for a business, but no clue where to go. They could help me from a rough concept hone in on a name, a logo, build a website, etc. Or maybe I know exactly what I want…such as a tattoo. I’ll give you a recent personal experience example. It’s a little personal and maybe this isn’t the right “space” for it, but whatever. Skip on by if you want. lol
In Dec of 2023 I was fat, in horrible shape medically, long overdue on needing major back surgery for acute pain and was dealing with all of my problems the way a lot of people do…self medicating. Drugs, booze, etc. I had pretty well given up on life, tbh. Short version, I was in desperate need of change. So, I started working on fixing stuff. Flash forward to today and I’m happier than I’ve ever been, lost 100 lbs, had the back surgery I needed, been sober since Dec of 2023, etc. (also working on my temper

So, I’ve been thinking of a tattoo to kind of commemorate my “new and improved” self. I didn’t want something generic or that every third person has. I have a concept I can see clearly in my head. I’ve even done some sketches. But, I’m not a tattoo artist. So, I uploaded my artwork to Fiverr and hired a freelance tattoo artist to help me come up with the actual tattoo. What works on paper doesn’t really work on skin. Anyway, I could have tried to find a tattoo artist locally, someone might think. I did. For a year. And what I found was lazy people who couldn’t be bothered to even return a phone call or an email. Within a few days of hiring the fiverr people, I have the vector files of what I want and I’ve sent them to the local tattoo artist and am getting it a week from today. I’ll post a pic if anyone is interested when it’s completed. But, it’s highly personal and means something to me. It isn’t something I took from a book. I got some help, but it was fundamentally my idea. Kind of like directing a film. I had help, sure. But, I got to call the shots and the work was based on my sketches and then my requests for countless reworks until it was just right for the picture in my head.
But, you can use them for damn near any design help. Or just hire them to do the whole thing.
